After six years of shooting weddings here are some of our favourite BC wedding venues in the Fraser Valley! Venues in the Fraser Valley often have a mix of farm/field venues, and mountain views. Many of these venues allow for larger guest lists.

Choosing a venue that you love is so important because it will set the scene and the backdrop for all your photos! Some venues have great areas where you can get ready, do your portraits and wedding party photos, ceremony and reception all in one place. While others you may need to consider what else is near by if you'll want to get ready at home, book an airbnb, or go to another location for photos.

Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club | Pitt Meadows

Swaneset is a great venue if you want to book everything at once! There's space for a small group to get ready, indoor or outdoor ceremony spots and indoor reception area. It's just a short drive to Pitt Lake for some gorgeous photos with the two of your or your wedding party as well. And the food is maybe our favourite wedding buffet to date!

Estate 248 | Langley

Another all inclusive venue - this one has a full cabin for getting ready! Choose to have your ceremony in the barn or on the lawn, and a large tent is ready for your dinner reception! This venue has really lovely golden hour in the summer.

The Hangar Venue | Abbotsford

The Hangar Venue is the perfect blank canvas for those who want to personalize their spce with decor or florals. Keep in mind that the venue is at the Abbotsford Aiport so your wedding will be fully inside. Couple and wedding party can be esscorted to teh tarmac for photos outdoors! The Greenhouse Venue | Abbotsford

The perfect space for an elopement or intimate wedding with a small guest list! We love teh Greenhouse Venue because you can have beautiful natural light, AND be protected if it's raining. They also have another small covered space for outdoor long table dinners. Make sure to check out their site for guest counts for this space both seated and standing. The Barn at Hazel Creek Farm | Chilliwack

This was a new venue to us in 2024! The reception space quickly became a new favourite - it has beautiful lighting all day and the sun shines through some frosted windows in the evening for a warm glow throughout! If your lucky you'll have some cute cow guests to your ceremony from the neighbours field.

Sandpiper Resort | Harrison Mills

Another venue with getting ready spaces for both parters - your booking includes use of the Inn and a rustic cabin for getting ready. There are a few different ceremony site spots and plenty of areas for photos!

The Lodge at Harrison Lake | Harrison Hot Springs

The Lodge was a favourite of ours in 2023! Harrison Lake is such a stunning location and the Lodge has everything you need. A full house for getting ready, and for you and some of your guests to stay. There is a park close by for photos, and depending on the time of year there is sometimes a small beach on the property as well!

Fraser River Lodge | Agassiz

Fraser River Lodge is a fan favourite! These mountain views cannot be beat! They recently renovated one of the getting ready spaces, and it is so gorgeous (check out their instagram for pics). The buffet at this one is also incredible! After your ceremony outdoors, come inside for a cozy dinner in the reception room.
